Two UBC students are looking for another grad student to share a recently renovated and painted basement at Dunbar (16th Ave and Discovery), 5 minutes from UBC, one block from the 25 bus stop. The room is medium size, unfurnished, with plenty storage space. We are looking for a clean, considerate and quiet person since we dedicate a lot of time to study and working. We would like to find somebody willing to stay at least the full school year. The monthly rent is $500 which includes utilities, basic cable and high speed internet, plus $200 deposit.
