I use the common living & kitchen areas. I do not live in this suite, but I have 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms available. Roommates ideally leave for work or school before 9am, and come home after 3pm. Tenants would have full privacy in the evenings, weekends and holidays as I don't work during that time. Close to major bus routes to UBC (15 min) and downown (15 min). Safe & quiet residential area. Very clean and tidy. Non-smoking, shared laundry. Cable TV in bedroom, wireless high-speed internet, local phone $850/mth for 1 TENANT (Deposit: $425) $650/mth/person for 2 TENANTS = $1300/mth (Depost: $650)
