Shared House near UBC - SUBLET - Dec15/Jan1 - April 30th
Description

We have one room available for sublet from December 15th to April 30th (dates are slightly flexible - available even more short term).

The house is a shared 'student' house (half of us are now working full-time). Looking for someone open-minded and easy-going (but still tidy) to sublet a room in our eight bedroom house (a mix of both girls and guys). Rent $425 plus Bills:hydro/gas/cable&internet/phone bills are split between nine of us.

The room is on the upper floor and has a north facing window. It is small and fully furnished. There is a large shared kitchen and livingroom, as well as a large back deck. Coin operated laundry downstairs. The house is in a great location - close to bus #25, 17 & 99 and across from pacific spirit national park and close to cafes, safeway, etc.

We'd like to meet people who are interested in living in a shared house and not just looking for a cheap room to rent - we like to hang out and share the occassional dinner. We share the cleaning responsibilities and like things to be mellow in the evenings (due to our busy/early morning schedules), although having some drinks/dinner parties with friends is still cool as long as we're all respectfull of each other.
