1 BDRMS available Dec. 15th in a 3 BDRM 1 BA Character House walking distance to UBC, 10th Ave shops and restaurants. Pacific Spirit Park is steps away and the #10 bus is 4 blocks away.

The house is approx 2000 sq.ft. with a front yard, large back yard (gardeners welcome!) and deck with BBQ. There is a full unfinished basement perfect for extra storage - and has laundry facilities. There is a kitchen (lots of cupboards) with separate eating area, living room with a wood burning fireplace, a dining room which can be entered from the small eating area in the kitchen and also has french doors opening into the living room and lastly, 1 bathroom for 3 people to share. The common living areas of the house are furnished but there is room for more if you have furniture to bring.

The bedroom is on the main floor and is $750 per month + 1/3 of the utilities. It's a large and bright bedroom with hardwood floors, and a huge closet.

The utilites are cable, internet, electricity and gas which flucuate but have been usually about $75 per month. There is plenty of free street parking (no permit needed).

A bit about me: I am in my early 30's, a working professional, am very easy going, appreciate friends over now and then for BBQ's but am very considerate of my roommates schedules and am not into hosting lots of late night parties - and appreciate people who feel the same. I would prefer longterm roommates, but students are welcome as well!
