Welcome to our house. We are a phd student, a postdoc and a working professional looking for a 4th roommate to join us November 1st in our charming 5-bedroom house near Dunbar and 23rd. About the house: The house has four bedrooms and a guest room, two bathrooms, nice kitchen/dining/living room areas, a backyard, washer and dryer, and an indoor bike area. It is well furnished, and includes all your basic kitchen needs as well as two refrigerators. Your room would be an unfurnished medium-sized south-facing room with lots of light, hardwood floors, and a closet. About the neighborhood: Dunbar is a quiet, friendly neighborhood close to UBC and the beautiful Pacific Spirit Park. Convenience stores, coffee shops, drugstores, a produce market and supermarket (Stong's) are a few blocks away. The house is a two-minute walk to the bus stop: the 25 goes to UBC, the 7 to Kitsilano and downtown. About us: We are 2 males and one female with an average age around 30. We are easy going and, sharing a number of interests (photography, food, music, outdoor activities, etc.), enjoy doing things together. We keep comfortable and clean shared spaces and are considerate of each other's personal space. About you: You are a non-smoking grad student or young professional roughly our age. You are friendly, have interests besides work/school that you like to share, and would like to go out together for the occasional movie or sit around and have good conversation. You are also mature and considerate. You keep things clean, organized and don't mind doing weekly chores.
