Have your own room, share a bathroom with one, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen looking out to trees, a large living area with entertainment, a balcony that looks out to the city, ocean, and mountains. I am looking for a responsible trustworthy person who is preferably a student and female. Must be able to live easily with others. You would live with one girl on the same floor and another two on the second floor. They are students who are easy to get along with but are often away at school. Must be able to share kitchen and clean up after yourself.

I am taking a semester off school so I need someone to take over my room. I am leaving early December and the lease goes until April 1st. The landlord may rent it to you over the summer and next year if you wish. December rent is negotiable. If this sounds ideal to you then please contact me.
