We have a lovely, comfortable, clean, quiet and FURNISHED room available for you in a character home near UBC.
A French Door garden entrance (and heritage brick patio) lead to a renovated living room with built-in library bookshelves, cable TV, a recently renovated kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, your own bedroom, and shared washer and new dryer.
You share a totally self-contained private part of the house with 4 quiet students. Monthly rent is $625.00, for a nicely-sized room with hardwood floors, desk, desk chair, bed with all linen, book shelves, closet, window and which includes utilities, parking and use of washer and dryer. We are very close to a lovely park, the Pacific Spirit endowment lands, great shopping (Stongs Grocers, Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks, green grocers, wine store, various other shops), public library, Community Center, cycle trails to UBC, and convenient UBC buses. Rent includes everything but phone. The garden is lovely and professionally maintained. We are looking for a quiet nonsmoking student, no pets. No couples, please.
