There is access to a backyard and storage. 2 minutes from bus stop that goes to UBC or downtown (25, 7) and 5 minutes from groceries/liquor store. Will be subletting from July 1st to August 20th. no pets or smoking. The remainder of August will be subtracted from the rent.
