Because the suite will be empty on Sept 1, you can choose the room size that's best for you. The rooms are fully furnished and the rent includes all utilities. It has hardwood floors, washer/dryer and high speed internet. Perfect for serious students. There's a bus stop in front of the house and the sky train station is nearby.
