I'm taking care of a wonderful cat so I need someone who is a feline lover themselves! No smoking snd no drugs allowed. The appartement is in my name, so I want someone that is reliable with rent and who is trustworthy.
I'm in the bachelor of fine arts acting program at UBC so I need someone who can understand that I will need to practice my lines at home and rehearse scenes. However there is a lot of space in this apartment so it shouldn't be a problem. I have added pictures of the appartment and the location surrounding so that you can get a better sense of the neighborhood!
