Looking for a female rommate who is enrolled in UBC and takes their studies seriously but is up for fun movie nights! I want someone who is clean and tidy and that I can get along with well. I'm taking care of a wonderful cat so I need someone who is a feline lover themselves! No smoking snd no drugs allowed. The appartement is in my name, so I want someone that is reliable with rent and who is trustworthy. I'm in the bachelor of fine arts acting program at UBC so I need someone who can understand that I will need to practice my lines at home and rehearse scenes. However there is a lot of space in this apartment so it shouldn't be a problem.
