Hi, I live in a condo in Richmond and I have a bedroom that I'm looking to rent out as of September, my roomie is moving out. I am an outgoing professional female, looking for a compatible housemate who is reliable, fun and responsible. Must be neat and tidy and share in chores (vacuuming, recycling, etc.) - Three minute walk to bus (direct to Downtown Vancouver or Airport Station or Richmond Exchange); - Community centre (with gym), grocery store, bank, etc. within walking distance. Assigned parking spot if you have a vehicle, plus additional visitor and street parking; - Condo is fully furnished and you can have a furnished bedroom or bring your own furnishings; - Must be a non-smoker, no drugs, no exceptions.
