The apartment will be available from August 2008 through to the end of December 2008 (The full fall semester). The apartment is roughly 900 square feet. It is located in a nice neighborhood and is close to SFU, shopping centers (Brentwood, Metrotown, Kensington Square), the skytrain (Holdom, Brentwood), groceries, and downtown. It is on the 135 route, and so makes traveling to and from university easy and convenient. All utilities included in payment ($550/month).
